PRHTA tort litigation; $200M Corredor del Este Project in Carolina, Canóvanas and Rio Grande; $68M Inabón v. PRHTA, tort and breach of contract litigation, $50M Siemens v. PRHTA litigation; $21M Las Piedras Construction Corp. v. PRHTA PR-66 tort and breach of contract litigation; Redondo Construction Corp. v. PRHTA debarment administrative procedure; and several breach of collective bargaining complaints for the Tourism Company of Puerto Rico. They have drafted, revised and commented several documents, such as, Municipality of San Juan Bid Regulation; PRHTA Formal Bid Regulations; Tren Urbano User and Fees Regulation; RFP for the Corredor del Este Project; RFQ and RFP for the New Electronic Toll Collection Project (Autoexpreso). They have also successfully  represented different clients in numerous bid protest procedures.
